GCM in need
of food, blankets

Greer Community Ministries is in need of blankets for Meals on Wheels clients. Blankets will be delivered with meals as part of the ministry’s 12 Days of Christmas program in December.
The Food Pantry needs beef stew, and Sharon’s Closet needs winter coats.

Syl Syl Toy Drive thriving

Early in the afternoon Sunday, David Holtzclaw was a little worried. Just a few hours later, Holtzclaw discovered he had no reason to be. Along with his brother Kevin, the sons of the late Sylvia Holtzclaw put together another successful Syl Syl Toy Drive, which was held at the Clock.
