Albert H. Lawson, Jr.

Albert H. Lawson, Jr., 77, passed away February 18, 2018.

A native of Spartanburg County, he was a son of the late Albert H. Lawson, Sr. and Louise Taylor Lawson, a retired employee of Pittman Body Shop and attended Pelham Church of God of Prophecy.

Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth Howard Lawson, of the home; one daughter, Jeanne Mills, of Greer; one son, Barry Lawson (Leanne), of Taylors; one sister, Margaret Smith, of Santee, SC; six grandchildren, Matthew Smith, Drake Lawson (Kayla), Devin Lawson (Bailey), Keith Quinn (Pamela), Adam Howard (Marcia) and Josh Howard (Shannon); and three great-grandchildren, Ben, Lillian and Noah Howard.

He was also predeceased by one daughter, Lynn Quinn.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at The Wood Mortuary, conducted by Rev. Adam Howard and Deacon Clarence Neal.  Burial will follow in Graceland East Memorial Park.

Visitation will be held from 12:30-1:45 p.m. Wednesday at the mortuary prior to the service.

The family is at the home of the daughter, Jeanne Mills, 341 Hudson Waters Road, Greer, SC.
