George C. Rogers

George Carroll Rogers, 71, widower of Mary Diane West Rogers, passed away December 4, 2021.

A native of Greer, son of the late James Furman and Blanche Lucille Edwards Rogers, he was retired from Mundy Company and a South Carolina Gamecocks fan.

Surviving are two daughters, Melissa Rosanne Rogers of Landrum and Jennifer Suzanne Gibson; two brothers, Steve Rogers and Danny Rogers; and two grandchildren, Morgan Gibson and Clayton Gibson.

Mr. Rogers was predeceased by three brothers, Bill Rogers, Jimmy Rogers, Gary Rogers, and one sister, Rose Ann Rogers.

A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 8, 2021, at The Wood Mortuary Chapel conducted by Rev. Sonny McAbee.

The family will be at their respective homes.
