Viola H. Miles

Viola Howard Miles, 92, of Greer, widow of Tommy Miles, passed away on January 8, 2020 at her home. Her first husband was the late Ansel Howard.

A native of Greenville County, daughter of the late Lou Emma Howard, she was a retired employee of Caroline Sue Clothing Manufacturing.

Surviving are three daughters, Lucille Bogan and Carolyn Solesbee both of Greer, and Patty Howard of Landrum; one son, Ray Howard of the home; seven grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Miles was predeceased by one daughter, Betty Jo Tisdale.

Funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Friday, January 10, 2020 at The Wood Mortuary conducted by Pastor Eubanks. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Memory Gardens.

Visitation will be held 12:30-1:45 p.m. Friday at the mortuary.
