Walker Sims Pridmore, 84, passed away January 31, 2022.

A native of Greenville County, son of the late Elmer Sims and Hester Crow Pridmore, he was a United States Air Force Vietnam Combat Veteran, a retired Technical Sergeant, and a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church.

Surviving are his wife, Rebecca Jane Pittman Pridmore of the home; three sons, Randy Culpepper (Tracey) of Easley, Chris Pridmore (Deana) of Greenville, Frank Pridmore (Pam) of Travelers Rest; three daughters, Wanda Scott of Greenville, Tammy Cook (Russell) of Landrum, Shannon Sloan (Rev. Mark) of Greer; one sister, Vernie Langford of Greer; nine grandchildren, Will, Gracie Abby, Leah, Leann, Jonathan, Lexi, Seth, Sadie; and one great-grandchild, Mason.

Mr. Pridmore was predeceased by one son, Ricky Culpepper; three brothers, J.D. Pridmore, Hackney Pridmore, Ben Pridmore; and two sisters, Willie Mae Owenby and Doris Raines.

A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at M.J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery conducted by Rev. Mark Sloan. Burial will follow with full Military Honors.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Raines, Larry Pridmore, Jonathan Pridmore, Mason Pridmore, Will Sloan and Jim Pickett.

The family will be at their respective homes.
