William Clarence Bryant

William Clarence (Bubba) Bryant, 91, widow of Ada Durham Bryant, of 106 Lisa Ct. died February 22, 2022, at his residence.

Born in Anderson Co. he was the son of the late Ernest Wyatt and Mary Holliday Bryant. He was a retired Deputy Warden at DOC and a member of Bethel United Methodist of Iva, SC. He was very respected, enjoyed blue grass and gospel picking, was super intelligent, made his own police car, loved being a grandfather and his church family, and going dancing.

Surviving is a son, William Keith (JoAnn) Bryant of Taylors; four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Jeffery Bryant; brothers Earnest Wyatt and James Franklin Bryant; and sister Elaine Lary.

Graveside service will be held at a later date with Rev. Greg Martin.
