Peggy Earlene Holcombe Chandler was born on November 26, 1925 in the rural town of Startex, South Carolina, to proud parents Charles and Iva Rhodes Holcombe. Peggy was one of eight children, four boys and four girls. As the third oldest, Peggy learned to be responsible and caring at an early age while helping with her younger siblings.
Frances Powell Casey passed away at 89 years of age on October 21, 2020 at her home in Nashville, Tennessee with her family members by her side, and is now in the presence of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
