Virginia Frances “Fran” Stancil McMeekin, widow of R. Tedford McMeekin, passed from this earth on Oct. 31, 2020 from complications of Alzheimer’s. She was the daughter of the late Marvin and Lorene Brooks Stancil. She was raised in Oconee County and graduated from Seneca High School.
Linda Faye Sudduth Stewart, 73, passed away November 1, 2020 at the home of her daughter.
A native of Blue Ridge, daughter of the late Johnny James and Mary Tapp Sudduth, she was a retired school bus driver for Spartanburg County School District 3, and was of the Baptist faith. Linda was a loving mother and Nanny.

Born September 1, 1969 to the late Charles and Elva Maynor in Mitchell County, NC, he was a born trucker for 30 years.

A native of Ware Shoals, son of the late Ernest and Maude Bolt Sentell, he was the former owner of Peach Bowl Lanes and of the Baptist faith.
Vicki Darlene Gosnell Gonzalez, 70, passed away on Tuesday, October 13, 2020. She was the daughter of the late Lewis and Mazie Emery Gosnell and the wife of the late Jose Gonzalez. She was a member of O’Neal Church of God.
Millicent Bright Tooke, 92, entered her heavenly home with her husband Martin and daughter Deb Jordan on October 11, 2020.

A native of Taylors, South Carolina, son of the late John Turner and Lida Brookshire Hall, he was a retired employee of Winn Dixie and member of Double Springs Baptist Church. His first wife was the late Sharon Howell Hall.
Joyce Jones Motter, 86, passed away September 30, 2020 in Murrells Inlet, SC.
Mrs. Motter, born in Greenville County, was the daughter of the late Grover L. and Juanita H. Jones of Greer, SC, and widow of the late Charles E. Motter, USAF retired.
Annie Ruth Parris Sloan Newton, 86, of Greer, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on October 5, 2020.
Teresa Kim Stringer Bowen, 62, passed away October 2, 2020.
A native of Greer, daughter of Lois Fortner Stringer and the late Heyward Stringer, she was the owner of Mobile Bottle Gas Company and of the Baptist faith.
