Spartanburg man receives 18 year prison sentence

A Spartanburg man was sentenced to 18 years in prison for an alcohol-related fatal hit and run car wreck that claimed the life of a Cherokee County man.
Eddie Melvin Arledge, 56, pleaded guilty to felony driving under the influence involving death and leaving the scene of an accident involving death.
