Wilson urges FCC to crack down

South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson is urging the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) to help address the issue of foreign-based robocall scams.
A letter to the FCC was recently signed by the attorneys general of all 50 states and the District of Columbia.
