Disaster Relief Training set for Oct. 24
Due to previous training being full, Three Rivers Baptist Association will have another training on Saturday, October 24, from 8:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. at Marietta First Baptist Church. There will be limited enrollment of 75 due to social distancing.

Liberty Hill Methodist to hold Craft Bazaar
Liberty Hill Methodist Church will hold a Craft Bazaar on Saturday, October 17, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. with crafts, food, a silent auction, a tractor show and more.
Food will include casseroles, jellies, soups, baked goods and more.

Glad Tidings to hold fundraiser
Glad Tidings is holding a fundraiser on Saturday, Oct. 10, with the yard sale beginning at 7 a.m. (rain or shine).
There will also be $5 Hamburger plates and $5.50 Cheeseburger Plates available from 11 a.m. until.

Rev. Trent Henson recently accepted the call to become associate pastor at Washington Baptist Church in Greer.

Henson succeeds Rev. Joe Price, who recently retired after 16 years in the position.

A Greer native, Henson’s home church was Ebenezer Welcome Baptist Church in Landrum.

Northwood Baptist to host Memorial Service
Northwood Baptist Church is hosting a 9-11 Memorial Service on Sunday, September 13, at 6 p.m. at 888 Ansel School Road.
The Memorial Service will honor those who lost their lives in the 9-11 tragedy where terrorist flew two planes into the World Trade Towers in 2001.

TRBA Disaster Relief heading to Louisiana
The Three Rivers Baptist Association will be sending the Disaster Relief teacm to Leesville, Louisiana, the week of Tuesday, September 8. The team will drive down on Tuesday, Sept. 8, and drive home on Saturday, Sept. 12.
Credentials must be current and not expired.
