Canes athlete named Cross Country Runner of the Year

Ava Lindsey, cross country runner for the Greenville Hurricanes, earned best time for all varsity runners in the state for 5K and was named Greenville Cross Country Runner of the Year.
Lindsey, 14, was undefeated last season and finds herself setting records nearly every race she runs.
