The Greer Citizen/Owens Insurance Players of Week 3 were honored during last week's Greer Touchdown Club.
It was all Eastside on Friday night, as the Eagles punished Southside, 49-0, for their second win of the season.
Eastside was led by quarterback Jordan Morgan on offense, who threw two touchdowns and ran for another, racking up more than 250 yards passing.
The Yellow Jackets took some punches Friday night, but did not fold on the road, holding on to defeat Woodruff, 24-21, in a nonconference battle.
With his team now on a three-game win streak, Greer head coach Will Young said the Jackets have been coming through in the clutch.
