Clarence Earl Bailey, 86, of 9 25th Street, died Feb. 10, 2015 at his home.
A native of Spartanburg County, son of the late Ben and Nellie Turner Bailey, he was a U.S. Army Veteran of WWII, a retired employee of J.P. Stevens Victor Plant and a member of First Assembly of God. He was also a retired truck driver.
